Garland XPG36 Description
The Garland XPG36 X-Press double-sided clamshell griddle uses dual grease collectors and splash guards to reduce accumulation around the 36 1⁄4-inch by 22-inch cooktop and streamline grease disposal. Its built-in towel bar includes a lip to keep bun pans from sliding off. Measuring 39 1⁄2 inches wide by 34 1⁄2 inches deep by 58 1⁄2 inches high, the stainless steel body maintains its finish through frequent cleaning and handling, while four casters with front brakes ensure lasting stability in demanding areas.
Producing 69,000 BTU, the Garland XPG36 griddle runs on LP gas to promote rapid recovery and consistent results throughout peak service hours. The three platens with die cast aluminum heating elements combine with a 3⁄4-inch-thick carbon steel plate for simultaneous top-and-bottom cooking. Designed with EasyTouch™ programmable controls and a USB interface, this model enables customized temperatures, cook times, and platen settings to accommodate diverse menu offerings.
