Garland XPE36 Description
Stabilized by four casters with front brakes, the Garland XPE36 X-Press clamshell griddle inhibits accidental shifting and streamlines repositioning for routine cleaning. The three independent platens expand cooking capacity across the 36 1⁄4-inch by 22-inch surface, while die cast aluminum heating elements and a 3⁄4-inch-thick carbon steel plate recover quickly to support continuous, high-volume output. EasyTouch™ programmable controls with a USB interface save recipes and regulate temperatures for precise fine-tuning.
The Garland XPE36 griddle includes splash guards that shield walls from splatter, while dual grease collectors channel runoff away from the cooktop. Attached to the front, a towel bar with an integrated lip holds bun pans and cloths within easy reach. This stainless steel grill measures 39 1⁄2 inches wide by 34 1⁄2 inches deep by 58 9⁄16 inches high delivers a smooth exterior that prevents food residue buildup.
