Garland UN17R48 Description
The Garland UN17R48 Polar Cuisine refrigerated base uses a remote refrigeration setup and R404A refrigerant to sustain optimal holding temperatures and reduce local heat output. Its stainless steel and ABS construction features polyurethane foam insulation to slow temperature fluctuations. A built-in condensate evaporator and electronic controls with a digital thermometer manage interior conditions, while 6-inch legs lift the frame to prevent debris buildup. Supporting up to four full-size hotel pans, its compact 48-inch-wide by 32 3⁄4-inch-deep by 26 3⁄16-inch-high build integrates two 32-inch drawers.
