The dual-sided cast iron broiler grates provide versatility, featuring a ¹/₂-inch rounded bar on one side for board branding and a diamond pattern on the other for finer branding. The six burners supply steady heat, while the piezo spark ignition system with constant-burning pilots ensures reliable operation. This unit has a stainless steel front, sides, and front rail for durability in demanding kitchen environments. This unit is supported by four 6-inch adjustable chromed steel legs, and its aluminized steel storage base interior offers additional convenience.
