Garland M100XSM Description
The Garland M100XSM Master series deck-type broiler has a broiling chamber, a finishing oven, and a storage base. Users can cook foods such as steaks and casseroles under the broiler's four burners and add final touches in the finishing oven. Its heat controls can be set to low, medium, or high.
For cleaning convenience, the Garland M100XSM broiler has removable grid racks. Its large-capacity grease tray is safely remote from the heat zone and can be pulled out for swift unloading. Made of stainless steel, the unit's front and sides will resist scratching and denting, and can be wiped clean.
