Garland GIR36C Description
Great for finishing steaks or browning and caramelizing dishes, the Garland GIR36C gas salamander broiler provides more power and heat than a cheese melter. It has two infrared burners that can be controlled with high/low valves to support different products. To increase versatility even more, the adjustable, three-position rack that holds plates can be moved closer to the cooking surface.
This Garland GIR36C countertop salamander broiler is powered by natural gas and comes with a pressure regulator. Although salamander broilers are often mounted on range backguards and walls, this unit is designed to be used on a countertop. It comes with 4-inch legs, which elevate it off the counter to protect against overheating. For strength and rust resistance, the unit is made of easy-to-clean stainless steel on the front, top, and sides.
