Garland GD-24G Description
The Garland GD-24G Designer Series gas griddle is operated by manual controls that have heat settings from low to high, and users can light the griddle with its piezo ignition, which functions without electricity. For safety, the unit should be positioned at least 6 inches away from combustible surfaces on the sides and rear, and it comes with adjustable legs that keep the unit at a safe distance above countertops.
To help keep grease splatter contained, the Garland GD-24G gas griddle is equipped with an internal grease drawer and side and back splashes. Its plate is made of polished steel, while the unit's front and sides are made of stainless steel, providing durability and making them convenient to wipe clean.
