Great for hibachi-style restaurants, the Garland E22-36-36GMX teppanyaki griddle's cooking zone measures 34 inches wide by 11 inches deep, while the griddle measures 37 5⁄8 inches wide by 26 9⁄16 inches deep. Its 3⁄4-inch-thick griddle plate retains heat to sustain consecutive orders, and operators can adjust the electronic thermostat to temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the Garland E22-36-36GMX teppanyaki griddle is geared for high-volume use. Its drop-in structure establishes a streamlined look once installed, and it's supported by 4-inch stainless steel legs that can be wiped clean.
