The Garland E22-36-36GMX Teppan-Yaki drop-in griddle features a 36-inch by 24 1⁄16-inch grill size with an 11-inch by 34-inch heated cooking zone, providing ample space for hibachi cooking. Its 3⁄4-inch-thick griddle plate ensures even heat distribution and temperature retention, while the electronic thermostat allows accurate control up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Built with a stainless steel front and sides, this unit is both durable and easy to clean. For stability, the griddle includes four stainless steel sanitary legs, and its design allows for easy drop-in installation with an optional 1-inch flange edge.
