Sized for desserts, such as slices of cake, pie, and tiramisu, the Chef & Sommelier T5105 dessert fork is 7 1⁄4 inches long and made of 18/10 stainless steel. This high-grade alloy consists of 18 percent chrome and 10 percent nickel and has excellent resistance to rusting and bending; however, it's more expensive than mid-grade 18/8 and economical 18/0 utensils due to its high nickel concentration. To fit in with contemporary and traditional table settings, its Diaz pattern features a sleek, slender handle that extends into a flared end.
