The Renzo pattern uses a center ridgeline along the Chef & Sommelier T4905 dessert fork's handle to separate it into two symmetrical sections, creating a balanced, traditional look. This 7 1⁄4-inch-long utensil is meant to be served with desserts, such as thick-crusted pies and soft cheesecakes. Its 18/10 stainless steel construction is the highest grade of flatware available, so it's a more expensive investment than 18/8 and 18/0 stainless steel pieces. Its high nickel concentration provides excellent resistance to rusting and bending.
