The Chef & Sommelier T4901 dinner fork features a Renzo pattern that uses a ridge to separate the handle into two symmetrical panels for a clean, balanced look. This 8 1⁄8-inch-long fork is meant for main courses and constructed of rust- and bend-resistant 18/10 stainless steel. As the highest grade of stainless steel available for flatware, this alloy contains 18 percent chrome and 10 percent nickel, which is more expensive than 18/8 and 18/0 stainless steel.
