Sushi, charcuterie spreads, entrees, or dessert samplers can be plated on the Dudson HIC13 chefs' plate, which measures 13 7⁄8 inches long by 7 3⁄8 inches wide. To highlight various appetizers, entrees, or desserts, its oblong structure features a hand-glazed body with a sponged, ink-blot-patterned dark blue rim. Its fully vitrified ceramic construction creates a closed, industrially tough, nonporous structure capable of withstanding high-volume use as well as microwave heating and dishwasher cleaning. To save storage space, it can be stacked with other platters.
