Dudson HL355 Description
The Dudson HL355 chefs' oblong plate measures 13 7⁄8 inches long by 7 3⁄8 inches wide, providing ample plating space for appetizers, sushi, entrees, or desserts. Its fully vitrified ceramic construction has a closed, nonporous structure that resists scratching and provides industrial toughness capable of surviving high-volume use. To ease back-of-house processes, it's microwave and dishwasher safe, and because its foot is glazed, it can be safely stacked with other plates. Along with the sponged rim, this piece's linen-beige body is glazed by hand, making it unique from each dish in the Harvest series while adding a rustic, artisanal accent.
