Users can turn this unit off by adjusting its speed control dial to zero and unplugging it; every attachment beside the wire whip is dishmachine safe.
The KitchenAid KSM70SKXXBK stand mixer comes with a 7-quart capacity bowl, and to ease ingredient transfer, it fits a one-piece pouring shield with a chute to reduce mess. While this mixer is in operation, the bowl stays secure with a spring latch and locating pin.
