Wonderful hand mixer !
Used for everything mixing or whisking. Loaves of bread dough I believe would require the stand mixer, just to make sure it did not strain the hand mixer or your arms and hands.
This was a wedding gift. It is a fabulous hand mixer.
I have one also and like it so much that I bought one for my niece. She liked the silver color coordinated in her kitchen. They simply love it. Nice and quiet. Glad I was able to find one at KaTom zrestsurant Supply. Will buy from them again.
