The KitchenAid K45WW wire whip attachment adds air into ingredients, fluffing whipped cream, egg whites, and frostings. It's designed to be used with tilt-head stand mixers that have a 4.5-quart or 5.1-quart capacity. After use, it should be washed by hand to help prevent rust or corrosion from forming.
