The 27-inch-wide by 31-inch-deep by 40-inch-heigh Hoshizaki WR27B-01 worktop refrigerator features a heavy-duty door that remains flush against the structure with its one-piece gasket. This gasket is simple to remove without tools for simple cleaning, and the door features extruded aluminum handles and a stepped design that protects the gasket and lengthens the overall lifetime of the piece. The interior cabinet of this unit measures at 7.21-cubic-feet, and this worktop refrigerator ships with an interior epoxy shelf that can be adjusted in 1⁄2-inch increments.
The self-contained refrigeration system of the Hoshizaki WR27B-01 one-section worktop refrigerator maintains a set temperature between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit, and the capillary tube that directs the cooling air efficiently operates in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The evaporator utilizes an enamel coat for added strength and corrosion resistance, while the unit's defrost system reduces excess freezing to the coils. Should the refrigeration system fail or stall, the 2-inch layer of foamed-in-place polyurethane ensures the interior of the cabinet remains well-insulated.
