Hoshizaki VWR27A Description
Mounted on four 6-inch casters, the Hoshizaki VWR27A Valiance® reach-in worktop refrigerator moves for routine cleaning or layout changes. An adjustable, epoxy-coated shelf creates adaptable storage for tall products, while a reversible, self-closing door limits air exchange during restocking. Powered by a front-breathing, self-contained system, it defrosts automatically and spreads R290-cooled air through the 6.33-cubic-foot aluminum cabinet to hold food between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Its 26 3⁄4-inch-wide by 30 1⁄8-inch-deep by 40 3⁄4-inch-high stainless steel frame resists discoloration and scratches over time. Above the refrigerated cavity, the worktop provides a convenient surface for ingredient assembly.
