Hoshizaki VWF27A Description
The Hoshizaki VWF27A Valiance® worktop freezer combines a compact footprint with 6.33 cubic feet of frozen storage, making it well suited for kitchens that require refrigerated storage and a durable work surface in the same unit. Its side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses a right-side condenser with front-breathing airflow to support installation against surrounding equipment, while R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides efficient cooling performance.
The Hoshizaki VWF27A worktop freezer is equipped with spring-assisted, self-closing doors with a stay-open feature to simplify product loading, while the field-reversible door can be configured to better suit kitchen layouts. An adjustable heavy-duty epoxy-coated shelf accommodates changing storage needs, and the stainless steel interior floor with aluminum sides, rear, and top withstands demanding commercial use. Its recessed handles and locking casters complete a design built for reliable daily operation.
