Designed for versatility and durability in commercial kitchens, the Hoshizaki UR60B-LPD4 60-inch Steelheart® ADA-compliant undercounter refrigerator fits beneath 34-inch-high counters and has a 15.1-cubic-foot capacity and four drawers with stainless steel slides, frames, and acetal rollers. The top drawers will accommodate one 20-inch-long by 12-inch-wide full-size pan and two 1⁄4-inch-size pans, and the bottom drawers will accommodate one full-size pan. Each drawer can hold 6-inch-deep pans. The drawer handles are made of flush-mounted, extruded aluminum for durability, aesthetic appeal, and a small footprint. The exterior and interior are constructed of stainless steel.

The Hoshizaki UR60B-LPD4 undercounter refrigerator is designed to maintain food-safe, NSF-7 temperatures in environments up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The cabinet and drawers have 2 inches of CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and the drawers feature magnetic, removable drawer gaskets for a firm seal and simplified cleaning. For a lower environmental impact, this unit utilizes eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an energy-saving hot gas condensate evaporator. The evaporator coil is e-coated for corrosion resistance and enhanced heat transfer capability, while the off-cycle defrost system improves efficiency by preventing ice buildup on the evaporator coil.
