Part of the Steelheart series, the Hoshizaki UR27B-D2 undercounter refrigerator is designed with two stainless steel drawers that comfortably hold one full-size pan, two fourth-size pans in the top and and another full-size pan in the bottom. Collectively, this unit offers 6.21 cubic feet of space while maintaining temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. To further promote these chilled environments, the refrigerator is paired with 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation. Additionally, it’s made of stainless steel to promote rust and corrosion resistance and sits atop four 4-inch casters for heightened mobility.

The Hoshizaki UR27B-D2 single-section refrigerator has a self-contained refrigeration system located at the rear, which works to maximize available space for food-safe storage. This unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an enamel-coated evaporator to remove warm air from the storage space, while the innovative air distribution system spreads the cooled air evenly. Because this refrigerator creates a very cool storage space, it initiates automatic off-cycle defrosts and hot gas condensate removal to help prevent eliminate ice on key components.
