The Hoshizaki SR27B-12MD2 sandwich and salad prep table with refrigerated base features an overall size of 27 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 44 1⁄4 inches high with a front-breathing design that requires zero clearance in compact spaces. This unit's refrigeration system utilizes a capillary tube system that uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient, eco-friendly operation. This prep table operates efficiently remaining at ideal conditions in spaces as hot as 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

This prep table features a cabinet control dial that users can manipulate from one to seven—one being the warmest and seven being the coldest. The thermometer allows for simple monitoring. The evaporator is epoxy coated to prevent corrosion damage and help protect the coils from dirt accumulation. The one-section prep table offers storage in two foam-insulated heavy-duty drawers that can be accessed with aluminum handles. The drawer slides are made to support 175 pounds, and the drawers can hold extra food pans for refilling the top of the unit.
