Equipped with dividers, the Hoshizaki PR67B-Z Steelheart® pizza prep table arranges ingredients in a raised rail that houses three speed racks and nine third-size polycarbonate pans. Its insulated lid protects against ambient air intrusion, while three catch trays collect spills for streamlined end-of-shift cleanup. Behind two reversible, self-closing doors, the 19.29-cubic-foot, dual-section cabinet offers flexible storage across four adjustable, epoxy-coated aluminum shelves.
The Hoshizaki PR67B-Z prep table features independent digital controls that modify each segment separately for precise holding, while the front-breathing, self-contained system defrosts automatically and diffuses R290 refrigerant to promote eco-friendly cooling. Measuring 67 inches wide by 35 1⁄4 inches deep by 53 3⁄4 inches high, the stainless steel structure integrates 6-inch locking casters for reliable mobility.
