The Hoshizaki KM-520MAJ/B-500SF/HS-2033 ice maker head and bin produces crescent ice, an all-purpose cube great for many applications, particularly soft drinks in sports bars or fast food restaurants. Its head can create 556 pounds of ice under optimal conditions, enabling it to keep pace with steady customer demand. The head is air cooled, requiring none of the advanced setup of water- or remote-cooled systems. Its stainless steel evaporator is shielded from rust and corrosion, keeping ice clean where the mineral content in water might otherwise wear down the evaporator.

The bin of the Hoshizaki KM-520MAJ/B-500SF/HS-2033 commercial ice machine can hold 500 pounds of ice, providing plenty of product for kitchen, banquet, or restaurant staff to work with. It is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to give the cabinet additional structural integrity and chill retention. Antimicrobial protection cuts down on contaminant buildup to boost sanitation. For user convenience, the bin comes with an ice scoop.
