For later use, the bin holds 1,148 pounds and an 82-ounce scoop can be used to retrieve product, preventing employees from grabbing it by hand. For optimum use, this unit has an EverCheck™ alert system that informs users of service needs.

The Hoshizaki KM-2200SWJ3/B-1150SS ice maker and bin operates with a quick, reliable CycleSaver™ feature. Its pouch-style door doesn't spill condensation when lifted and it seals shut with a gasket to prevent air loss. Ensuring ice doesn't melt in storage, the bin is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. The H-GUARD Plus® agent on the scoop, bin, and head slows the growth of bacteria, and the unit's stainless steel construction can be wiped free of dust and debris.
