When the ambient air is 70 degrees and incoming water measures 50 degrees, the Hoshizaki KM-1900SAJ/B-900SF/H crescent cube ice machine is designed to produce 1,875 pounds of ice over a 24-hour period. Each ice cube measures 1 1⁄2 inches by 1 1⁄8 inches. The compressor creates a cold environment with R-404A refrigerant, while the evaporator is constructed of durable stainless steel.
The Hoshizaki KM-1900SAJ/B-900SF/H ice machine includes a 900-pound bin for efficient ice storage; this bin promotes ideal hygienic conditions with a polyethylene bin liner and H-GUARD antimicrobial protection. To slow the speed at which ice melts, the bin is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. The bin’s top-hinged, front-opening door and included ice scoop provides convenient ice access.
