The Hoshizaki KM-1340MWJ/B-900SF/H ice machine is water cooled and built to create crescent ice cubes. When the incoming water is at 50 degrees Fahrenheit, this machine can produce up to 1,323 pounds of ice over a 24-hour period. To save energy consumption, this unit uses CycleSaver™ technology to produce large amounts of ice with fewer cycles per day. While the machine’s stainless steel exterior and evaporator withstand heavy use, the compressor utilizes R-404A refrigerant to ensure ideal conditions.
Built with a 29.59-cubic-foot interior space, the Hoshizaki KM-1340MWJ/B-900SF/H ice machine’s bin can hold 900 pounds of ice. For convenience, the bin includes an ice scoop integrated with H-GUARD plus antimicrobial protection to slow the growth of bacteria and mold. Constructed of stainless steel, this bin provides full interior access through its top-hinged door, and the interior is lined with polyethylene for cleanliness and also insulated with foamed-in polyurethane.
