The Hoshizaki KM-1340MWJ/B-1300SS ice maker with bin produces crescent cube ice, which is a versatile ice style that can be blended into coffee beverages or sold in bags. Its ice maker head can produce as much as 1,323 pounds of ice per day when operating at maximum efficiency. For simple installation, the unit's water-cooled condenser is self-contained.
The Hoshizaki KM-1340MWJ/B-1300SS ice maker and bin combo has a storage capacity of 1,304 pounds, so it's a great option for establishments that must keep lots of ice handy and ready to use. Ice can be removed by opening the hinged bottom door and scooping out its contents with the included tool. For protection against unsanitary mildew formation, the unit is equipped with H-Guard Plus® antimicrobial agent.
