The Hoshizaki KM-1301SAJ/B-900SF/H ice machine can make 1,365 pounds of ice per day. The crescent-shaped ice it produces measures 1 1⁄2 inches by 1 1⁄8 inches. The condenser is air cooled, and the compressor uses R-404A refrigerant to hold cold temperatures. For replacement or cleaning, the air filters are removable. The machine’s CycleSaver™ design reduces energy costs by running fewer cycles per day, and the EverCheck™ alert system sounds notifies the users if the machine encounters a problem.
With a 900-pound storage capacity, the Hoshizaki KM-1301SAJ/B-900SF/H ice machine’s bin maintains cold temperatures with its polyurethane foam insulation. To help ensure a sanitary environment, this bin features a polyethylene liner and ice scoop with H-GUARD antimicrobial protection, which inhibits bacteria and mold growth between regular cleanings. This stainless steel bin is fitted with four 6-inch legs and a top-hinged, front-opening door.
