This Hoshizaki KM-1301SAJ3/B-900SF/HS-2032 ice machine can make 1,427 pounds of ice over a 24-hour period. With its air-cooled design, this unit doesn’t need water lines to operate, and the condenser and evaporator use R404A refrigerant to remove heat from the unit. The EverCheck™ alert system uses audible sounds to ensure optimal operating conditions, and it makes crescent cube ice, which is great for bagging and dispensing. The exterior is fully constructed of stainless steel for a sturdy, corrosion-resistant design.
This Hoshizaki KM-1301SAJ3/B-900SF/HS-2032 crescent ice machine and bin are attached to a 900-pound storage bin. While the polyethylene liner ensures sanitary ice storage, it sports H-GUARD antimicrobial to add another layer of shielding to inhibit mold and bacterial growth between regularly scheduled cleaning. It’s foamed-in with polyurethane insulation to slow the rate of ice melt. The inside compartment is accessed through the top-hinged, front-opening bin door, and this unit is elevated to simplify cleaning underneath.
