I would buy one for every ice maker
It works great and adds an extra safety to the ice maker, with out it, if the drain is clogged the ice maker keeps running and there is a mess and possibly damage. With the pump, if the pump stops working the safety switch shuts off the ice maker and no mess or damage.
Worked like a charm
Bought this instead of same item at three times the prince in my town thru only local supplier. Had local company put it in and it works great!
