The Hoshizaki HNC-210BA-R-SLH sushi case features four glass-sliding service doors. The front glass is fully curved to elevate the food displays, while the LED lighting system illuminates the product. The display features a 5 3⁄5-inch top.
This Hoshizaki HNC-210BA-R-SLH sushi case keeps cool with a right-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses eco-friendly, nontoxic R600a refrigerant. The condenser has an operating configuration with a back-and-out airflow to evenly distribute cold temperatures. An approved thermometer lets users track running temperature conditions, and a 1-inch diameter drain ensures the unit is simple to clean.
