Hoshizaki HNC-210BA-L-SLH Description
With the Hoshizaki HNC-210BA-L-SLH sushi display case, chefs can display their creations while keeping them at the right temperature for holding and serving. It has a self-contained refrigeration system that maintains safe temperatures with R600A hydrocarbon refrigerant. This system is mounted on the left side of the unit.
The Hoshizaki HNC-210BA-L-SLH sushi case has a curved glass panel in the front and sliding glass doors in the back. These features enable chefs to put food in the case from the service side while customers view the product from the front. To ensure diners can see product clearly, the cabinet is illuminated with LED lighting.
