Hoshizaki F-500BAJ 38"W Flake Undercounter Ice Machine - 536 lbs/day, Air Cooled

Slowing the growth of bacteria, the Hoshizaki F-500BAJ undercounter ice maker is protected with H-GUARD Plus® antimicrobial. It comes with an ice scoop to facilitate product retrieval and is also coated with an antimicrobial for sanitary purposes. The ice bin accommodates 170 pounds of ice, and depending on the operating conditions, the machine makes from 420 to 536 pounds of ice per day. This unit operates with an air-cooled, self-contained refrigeration system and cools with R-404A refrigerant.

Elevating it from the ground so employees can sweep underneath it, the Hoshizaki F-500BAJ flake undercounter ice machine sits on painted legs. A 2-second flush cycle is performed every hour to eliminate impurities from the ice, and the auger, greaseless bearing, and exterior are made of stainless steel to provide durability and resistance to rust and corrosion.
