The Hoshizaki F-2001MWJ/B-700SF/HS flake ice machine’s condenser is water cooled, uses R-404A refrigerant, and can produce 2,034 pounds of flaked ice every day when the incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Constructed of long-lasting stainless steel, the unit’s exterior and auger provide continual corrosion, dent, and scratch resistance through frequent use. The machine’s front panel is removable for servicing, enabling full access of vital components. Equipped with an Advanced CleanCycle24™ feature, this machine goes through a flush cycle every hour to remove sediment.
The Hoshizaki F-2001MWJ/B-700SF/HS ice machine comes with a 700-pound stainless steel storage bin featuring a hinged door. This unit is insulated with polyurethane foam to maintain cold temperatures and slow the ice melting rate. For a sanitary environment, this bin has a polyethylene liner and H-GUARD antimicrobial agent. To avoid overflowing, the bin’s infrared control shuts off the condenser when the ice bin is full, and to enable air to flow underneath, this bin is mounted on 6-inch legs.
