Hoshizaki F-2001MWJ/B-1300SS Description
With its stainless steel auger, the Hoshizaki F-2001MWJ/B-1300SS ice maker is at reduced risk of rust contaminating ice. An hourly flush cycle facilitates sanitation, removing sediment and debris from the maker's interior to promote clean icemaking water. The machine creates flake ice—great for holding plates in cold-food display cases or crafting ice packs for hospital patients.
The Hoshizaki F-2001MWJ/B-1300SS ice machine's bin has a 1,304-pound holding capacity, enabling it to hold lots of product. Its pouch-style door is insulated for cold retention and decreases condensation to prevent floor spills. The bin is strengthened by foamed-in-place, polyurethane insulation, which locks in the chill and extends the preservation life of stored ice.
