The Hoshizaki F-2001MRJ-C ice maker's stainless steel auger resists corrosion to keep icemaking water clean. This machine's 1,832-pound daily ice production capacity enables operators to keep up with high traffic volumes. It crafts nugget ice, also known as Sonic ice, that is popular with casual dining customers for its small size and chewable composition.

This Hoshizaki F-2001MRJ-C cubelet ice machine head is cooled remotely. While it takes more work to set up than an air-cooled system, it also moves condenser noise from the ice maker to a rooftop, building exterior, or other outside location. The ice head's hourly flush cycle eliminates any built-up debris or sediment from the maker's interior to purify the icemaking water.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
