Hoshizaki CRMR27-12M Description

The Hoshizaki CRMR27-12M prep table is great for making salads and sandwiches. The 10-inch-wide, polyethylene cutting board can be used to cut up various toppings and as a holding area for the sandwich or bowl. This cabinet holds 12 sixth size pans that are 4 inches or 6 inches deep. There is a stainless steel lid that goes over the pans to keep cold air over them. The entire unit is constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability.

The refrigeration system takes in air at the front, allowing the cabinet to sit flush on the wall. The evaporator coil is coated in enamel for protection against corrosion. Temperatures stay cool with the R-134A refrigerant and range from 32 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold air is retained in the cabinet with the foamed in place polyurethane insulation. The Hoshizaki CRMR27-12M prep table has a single cabinet base with one epoxy-coated shelf for product storage.
