Wells SS-8TD Description
The Wells SS-8TD food warmer accommodates a 7-quart inset (sold separately), and its powerful tubular heating elements can warm prepared sauce, gravy, toppings, or soup to safe serving temperatures. Operators can adjust temperatures with the recessed, front-mounted thermostatic control panel, and once the heaters reach preset temperatures, a temperature-ready indicator light glows. A high-limit setting prevents the unit from overheating, and to accommodate a wide product range, this warmer withstands wet and dry use.
For a streamlined look, the Wells SS-8TD drop-in circular food warmer fits a 9-inch-diameter countertop cutout and can be quickly installed with the included Wellslok tabs. Its stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion, while its top flange and deep-drawn well are made of one piece to ease cleaning. Because it's built with a 1⁄2-inch NPT drain, it can expel residue after use.
