Wells RW-26HD Description
For built-in installation, the Wells RW-26HD food warmer measures 291⁄4 inches wide by 211⁄2 inches deep by 21 inches high. It features two drawers that accommodate a single standard 6-inch-deep food pan each and have individual thermostatic and humidity controls. To release excess moisture when holding foods that should remain crispy, the drawers are equipped with adjustable front vents. This unit is great for holding batches of dinner rolls, vegetables, meats, and other staples at ideal temperatures.
The Wells RW-26HD warming drawer is made of stainless steel—a durable, easy-to-clean metal that resists rust and corrosion. For additional strength, it features a reinforced construction that enables it to support heavy items such as potatoes. To preserve heat and maintain food quality until it's served to guests or residents, this unit is fully insulated.
