Wells RW-26HD Description
Because the Wells RW-26HD drawer warmer is a heavy-duty model, its reinforced design accommodates heavier products, such as baked potatoes. This two-drawer unit includes two full-size food pans and can support 16 dozen dinner rolls. While the drawers are furnished with stainless steel drawer tracks and bearings for smooth opening and closing, the unit's stainless steel construction withstands frequent use and resists rust and corrosion. To save floorspace, this 29 1⁄4-inch-wide by 21 1⁄2-inch-deep by 21-inch-high unit can be installed in a wall cutout.
Both drawers in the Wells RW-26HD drawer warmer feature separate thermostatic controls for individual temperature adjustment. Operators can modify temperatures from 90 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling the drawers to suit a wide product range. These drawers can heat to 175 degrees Fahrenheit within 15 minutes and are fully insulated to save energy and minimize temperature fluctuations in cool settings. To control moisture for foods prone to drying out, both drawers feature adjustable front vents.
