Wells HDCB-4830G Description
The heavy-duty, cast iron top of the Wells HDCB-4830G countertop charbroiler can be used repeatedly without warping. Users have complete control over the doneness of steaks, burgers, fish, and vegetables with the infinite heat valves, cooking each dish to the correct level because the burners heat up and turn down quickly. Adjustable air shutters provide optimum combustion and staff can use the flat or slanted side of the grates depending on the product type. The drip pan, burners, and front panel can be removed from the stainless steel body for thorough cleaning.
