The Wells HDCB-1230G countertop gas charbroiler is a compact, stainless steel model. Users can grill steaks, fish, vegetables, and more on the rugged cast iron grates, which can be arranged to lie flat or at an angle. Cast iron radiants heat the grill surface evenly, reducing dangerous flare-ups. This unit has two burners with individual infinite controls, each able to supply 20,000 BTUs of cooking power. The front panel, drip pan, and burners are all removable, so they can be detached and cleaned individually.
