Wells G-23 Description
Lifted by 4-inch legs to fit on top of a counter or equipment stand, the Wells G-23 G-Series electric countertop griddle can adjust to uneven surfaces for a rigid cooking surface. At 361/2 inches wide, 299/10 inches deep, and 16 inches high, the unit won’t interfere with overhead storage. Its front, sides, and splash guards are resilient stainless steel that resists dents and scratches. Beneath the griddle, a removable 4-quart-capacity grease drawer collects oily runoff for simplified cleanup.
So multiple foods can be cooked simultaneously without interruption, the Wells G-23 commercial electric griddle has four designated cook zones on its 341/4-inch-wide by 243/10-inch-deep cooking surface. Clamped beneath the gridle plate, enclosed tubular elements can heat the 1⁄2-inch-thick griddle plate from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The heating elements are controlled by a correlating thermostat, which has a positive-off design to notify the operator when a section of the surface is not in use. Each thermostat is protected by a guard ring to prevent accidental temperature adjustment.
