Wells F-556 Description
Durable to support heavy use, the Wells F-556 electric fryer's top, flange, and control housing are constructed of rugged stainless steel. Its 15-pound frypot is made of deep-drawn stainless steel for additional durability, and it's removable to facilitate thorough cleaning. To ensure fast recovery and performance, it features flat-blade, low-watt density heating elements. This drop-in unit measures 14 3⁄4 inches wide by 23 1⁄2 inches deep by 8 7⁄16 inches high.
Using positive-off thermostatic controls, operators can adjust the temperature of the Wells F-556 drop-in fryer between 275 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. If the temperature exceeds the upper limit, a red signal light will alert users. This unit comes with two half-size fry baskets and includes a WellsLok™ for streamlined installation.
