Designed for versatility and durability, the Thunder Group SLDB4020 Double Boiler includes a 20-quart outer pan, matching inset, and stainless steel cover. This three-piece set is built of stainless steel with an encapsulated base to support even heat distribution across gas, electric, halogen, and induction cooktops. Suitable for demanding kitchen environments, it’s also oven safe and dishwasher safe for simplified maintenance. The outer pan measures 12 3⁄8 inches in diameter by 11 3⁄4 inches high, while the inset measures 11 1⁄4 inches in diameter by 11 inches high.
