The Thunder Group SLDB4012 Double Boiler is a 12-quart, three-piece cookware set designed for use on electric, gas, halogen, and induction cooktops, and it’s also oven safe. Constructed of durable stainless steel, this set includes an outer pan, a middle insert, and a matching stainless steel lid. The outer pan measures 10 7⁄8 inches in diameter by 9 3⁄8 inches high, while the insert measures 9 3⁄8 inches in diameter by 8 5⁄8 inches high.
