I will never buy this product again
After using three time it cracked
I would not buy this product again!
I use this product for Asian style wok cooking at home. After a year of occasional use the wok support ring cracked. The ring held together so I continued to use the burner. About three months later the ring cracked again into two pieces. I contacted Thunder Group to buy a new ring. Their response was "Sorry, No Parts". That seems very odd that the manufacturer will not sell any parts. Maybe no one asked them.
