Thunder Group ALSKBP001 Description
The Thunder Group ALSKBP001 braising pot boasts an 8-quart capacity for cooking with tender, browned cuts of meat that sit in fat or oil; afterward, vegetables and seasonings can be added. It ships with a lift-off cover to ease the braising process, and because it's constructed of 6-millimieter-thick aluminum with a flat bottom, it evenly conducts heat for thorough, uniform results.
